會(huì)上，各個(gè)辦公室籌建負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)前期市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、籌備進(jìn)度等工作內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)匯報(bào)，并對(duì)各辦公室的未來規(guī)劃作了進(jìn)一步闡述。京師律所主任張凌霄指出，海外辦公室的籌建是京師律所開拓國(guó)際視野的重要舉措。京師律所的國(guó)際化建設(shè)不是一蹴而就的，在發(fā)展的同時(shí)也要注意風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控，是需要集合眾力，凝聚共識(shí)才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的。他表示，各位籌建負(fù)責(zé)人的思路都很務(wù)實(shí)，在今后的涉外法律服務(wù)中，律師要積極融入當(dāng)?shù)胤尚袠I(yè)，不斷進(jìn)行專業(yè)理論的學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新，保證海外法律服務(wù)的高質(zhì)量輸出。
During the meeting, the preparation leaders of each office provided detailed reports on the preliminary market research and preparation progress and further elaborated on the future plans for each office. Zhang Lingxiao, Director of JingShi Law Firm, emphasized that the preparation of overseas offices is a significant step for JingShi Law Firm to broaden its international perspective. He noted that the internationalization of JingShi Law Firm is not an overnight process and requires collective efforts and consensus to achieve while managing risks. He stated that the preparation leaders have practical approaches and that lawyers should actively integrate into the local legal industry, continuously learn and innovate in professional theory to ensure high-quality output of overseas legal services.

She suggested that the Arabian Peninsula and Southeast Asian countries could share regional resources, leveraging concentrated resources and professional service advantages to drive regional legal business development, broaden resource channels, deepen ties with Chinese enterprises and embassies, and simultaneously expand the breadth and depth of legal services, solidifying the construction of JingShi Law Firm's international network.

Provide pre-investment due diligence, investment structuring, and other investment advice for industries such as oil and gas energy, infrastructure, international trade, and cross-border e-commerce, offering various legal consultations, contract management and review, compliance services, including economic substance, UBO, AML/KYC, etc., covering labor law, real estate, intellectual property, litigation, and international arbitration cases;
2. Provide a variety of legal and financial advisory services, including but not limited to daily legal consultations, commercial litigation, arbitration, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments;
