2024年8月6日，京師律所阿聯(lián)酋合作辦公室主任、京師成都分所主任付慶剛，京師律所國際合作委員會(huì)主任、京師律所阿聯(lián)酋合作辦公室聯(lián)合創(chuàng)建人黃露娟，京師律所國際合作委員會(huì)副秘書長李蓉共同前往阿聯(lián)酋迪拜進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研，進(jìn)行了一系列重要的商務(wù)與法律交流訪問活動(dòng)，為京師律所在中東地區(qū)本地化法律服務(wù)體系建設(shè)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
On August 6, 2024, Fu Qinggang, Director of the UAE Cooperation Office of Jingsh Law Firm and Director of Jingsh Law Firm Chengdu Office, Huang Lujuan, Director of the International Cooperation Committee of Jingsh Law Firm and Co-founder of the UAE Cooperation Office, and Li Rong, Deputy Secretary General of the International Cooperation Committee of Jingsh Law Firm, traveled to Dubai, UAE, for an on-site research trip. They conducted a series of important business and legal exchange activities, laying a solid foundation for the localization of Jingsh Law Firm's legal service system in the Middle East.

8月6日至7日，付慶剛主任在迪拜展開了密集的拜訪與交流。首先，他訪問了迪拜MBG事務(wù)所，與相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人就雙方關(guān)心的法律和商務(wù)合作事宜進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的探討，為未來可能的合作描繪了藍(lán)圖。
From August 6 to 7, Director Fu Qinggang led a team in Dubai for intensive visits and exchanges. They first visited the MBG Corporate Services UAE, where they held in-depth discussions with relevant responsible persons on legal and business cooperation matters of mutual concern, sketching out a blueprint for potential future collaboration.
隨后，付慶剛主任來到了中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)（中國國際商會(huì)）駐海灣地區(qū)代表處，與首席代表趙麗艷及代表處工作人員程周浩進(jìn)行了座談。雙方就中國企業(yè)在迪拜及中東地區(qū)的數(shù)量、業(yè)務(wù)開展情況進(jìn)行了全面交流，為京師律所更好地服務(wù)中國企業(yè)“走出去”提供了寶貴信息。
Subsequently, Director Fu Qinggang and his team visited the Representative Office in the Gulf Area of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT)(China Chamber of International Commerce), where they held a meeting with Chief Representative Zhao Liyan and staff member Cheng Zhouhao. Both sides exchanged comprehensive information on the number of Chinese enterprises in Dubai and the Middle East, as well as their business operations. The CCPIT provided valuable insights to help Jingsh Law Firm better serve Chinese enterprises "going global."
在迪拜期間，付慶剛主任還特地拜訪了阿聯(lián)酋川渝商會(huì)同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)，與一批在迪拜生活創(chuàng)業(yè)十多年的川渝企業(yè)家進(jìn)行了親切的座談交流。這次交流不僅增進(jìn)了彼此間的了解與友誼，也為京師律所在中東地區(qū)拓展業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、服務(wù)華人華僑企業(yè)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
During their stay in Dubai, Director Fu Qinggang and his team also visited the Sichuan Chongqing Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Fellow Provincials in the UAE(CYCC&AFP/UAE), where they engaged in lively discussions with a group of Sichuan and Chongqing entrepreneurs who have been living and working in Dubai for over a decade. This exchange not only enhanced mutual understanding and friendship but also laid a solid foundation for Jingsh Law Firm to expand its business network in the Middle East and serve overseas Chinese enterprises.
8月7日上午，付慶剛主任考察了迪拜義烏中國小商品城，與部分入駐的中國商家深入交流，了解他們?nèi)绾瓮ㄟ^這一平臺(tái)將中國產(chǎn)品銷往整個(gè)海灣地區(qū)的創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)歷。這一考察活動(dòng)為京師律所在為“一帶一路”沿線國家提供法律服務(wù)時(shí)，如何更好地理解和支持中國企業(yè)的海外發(fā)展提供了第一手資料。
On the morning of August 7, Director Fu Qinggang and his team visited the Yiwu Market in Dubai, where they engaged in in-depth discussions with some of the Chinese merchants operating there. They learned about how these merchants use this platform to sell Chinese products throughout the Gulf region. This visit provided first-hand information for Jingsh Law Firm on how to better understand and support the overseas development of Chinese enterprises while providing legal services to countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
當(dāng)日下午，付慶剛主任拜訪了中華人民共和國駐迪拜總領(lǐng)事館，與經(jīng)濟(jì)商務(wù)處韓鳳、林建斌進(jìn)行了座談交流。雙方就中國企業(yè)走進(jìn)阿聯(lián)酋過程中遇到的問題及解決方案進(jìn)行了深入探討，付慶剛主任就京師律所正在籌備的迪拜長駐機(jī)構(gòu)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了通報(bào)，并希望能夠?yàn)楦嗟闹袊髽I(yè)走向阿聯(lián)酋、阿聯(lián)酋企業(yè)走向中國提供專業(yè)的“全生命周期”法律服務(wù)。與會(huì)人員對(duì)京師律所的這一舉措表示認(rèn)可和支持，認(rèn)為這將為中國企業(yè)在阿聯(lián)酋的創(chuàng)業(yè)之路提供更加堅(jiān)實(shí)的法律保障。

Additionally, Director Fu Qinggang and his team visited the local Zayed Al Shehhi Advocates and Legal Consultancy in Dubai, where they exchanged views on future cooperation in the field of legal services. Both sides expressed their commitment to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, jointly providing higher quality and more efficient legal services to clients in Dubai and the Middle East.
